Refund and Returns Policy

The refund and returns policy extends 15 days from the date of delivery. If more than 15 days have passed since you received the item, a refund or exchange cannot be offered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. The buyer pays for return shipping.

Refunds are issued once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original form of payment, usually within a few days.

If your item arrives damaged or there are errors in the printing, please let me know as soon as possible. Photos of the damage can be emailed to contact@adamkruszyna.com. Once received a reprint order will be made at no additional cost.
